1. Who we are

EriDesignAfrica ("we", "us", "our") is an online marketplace for digital embroidery designs, serving customers across Africa and worldwide, operated by Eri Ultimate, with its address at Suite 3, First Floor, NNPC Filling Station, Majek, Ibeju-Lekki, Lagos State, Nigeria. By using eridesign.africa (the "Site") or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms.

2. Accounts

• You must create an account and be logged in to purchase. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
• You must provide accurate information. You must be at least 18, or have the consent of a parent/guardian.

3. Products and licence

• We sell digital embroidery design files for download.
• On purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the design file(s) to produce embroidered items.
• You may: use purchased designs to create embroidered products, including finished items you sell.
• You may not: resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, or upload the digital design files themselves (as files) to any person, platform, or marketplace; or claim the designs as your own original artwork for resale as designs.
• We retain all intellectual property rights in the design files.

4. Pricing and payment

• Prices are shown in Nigerian Naira (₦) and/or US Dollars ($) as displayed.
• Payment is processed securely by Paystack. We do not store your card details.
• The price shown is the price for the design; included formats do not change the price.

5. Delivery

• Files are delivered by instant download after successful payment, available in your account under "My Designs".
• Each purchased format may be downloaded up to 3 times within 60 days of purchase. Please save your files locally after downloading.

6. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. In summary: digital sales are final once downloaded, except for faulty files we cannot replace.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt unauthorised access, disrupt its operation, or use it for unlawful purposes.

8. Availability and changes

We may add, modify, or remove designs, features, or these Terms at any time. Archived or removed designs remain available to download for customers who already purchased them, subject to the 3-download / 60-day limit.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eri Ultimate is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Site or designs. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant design.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Nigerian courts.
