Eri Ultimate ("we") operates eridesign.africa, serving customers across Africa and globally. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. We are based in Nigeria and comply with the Nigeria Data Protection Act, 2023 (NDPA), and we apply these protections to all our customers wherever they are.

1. Information we collect

• Account data: your email address and authentication details when you register.
• Order data: records of designs you purchase, order references, and download history.
• Payment data: processed by Paystack; we receive confirmation of payment but do not store your full card details.
• Preferences: language and currency preferences.
• Technical data: basic information your browser sends (e.g. for security and to make the site work). We may detect your country to suggest a default currency or language — you can always override this.

2. How we use your information

• To create and manage your account.
• To process payments and deliver your purchased files.
• To provide download access and enforce purchase limits.
• To respond to support requests.
• To keep the Site secure and prevent fraud.
• To send essential service communications (e.g. order confirmations). We do not send marketing without your consent.

3. Legal basis (NDPA)

We process your data on the basis of: performance of our contract with you (delivering purchases), your consent (where applicable), and our legitimate interest in operating and securing the Site.

4. Sharing your data

We share data only with:

• Paystack (payment processing),
• Our hosting and infrastructure providers (e.g. Supabase, Vercel) who store data securely on our behalf,
• Email service providers (e.g. Brevo) to send transactional emails,
• Authorities where required by law.

We do not sell your personal data.

5. Data retention

We retain account and order data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide downloads, meet legal and tax obligations, and resolve disputes.

6. Your rights under the NDPA (and for all our customers)

You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data, to object to or restrict processing, and to data portability. To exercise these rights, email support@m.eridesign.africa.

We comply with the Nigeria Data Protection Act, 2023, and you may lodge a complaint with the Nigeria Data Protection Commission (NDPC). As we serve customers across Africa and beyond, we honour these data-protection rights for all our customers, wherever you are. If your country's law grants you additional rights over your personal data, we respect those rights too.

7. Security

We use industry-standard measures (encrypted connections, access controls, secure infrastructure) to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to safeguard your information.

8. Cookies and local storage

We use essential cookies and browser storage to keep you logged in and remember your preferences. We do not use them for third-party advertising.

9. Children

The Site is not directed at children under 18.
