What file formats do I get?
Designs come in DST and/or EMB formats. When both are available, you receive both at no extra cost.
How many times can I download my file?
Each purchased format can be downloaded 3 times within 60 days. Please save your files locally after downloading.
Can I use the designs for commercial embroidery?
Yes — you may use purchased designs to embroider items you sell. You may not resell or share the digital design files themselves.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cards and bank transfers via Paystack, in Naira (and USD where shown).
I bought a design but can't download it — what do I do?
Email support@m.eridesign.africa with your order reference and we'll sort it out.
Do you offer refunds?
Digital files are final sale once downloaded, except for faulty files we can't replace. See our Refund Policy.
What software do I need?
You'll need embroidery software or an embroidery machine that can read DST or EMB files.
